About Griffin Transportation Services

Griffin Transportation Services is a Vancouver chauffeured transportation company, founded in 1999. We provide private car, SUV, van and bus service across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Whistler, Victoria and Seattle, and worldwide through our affiliate network.

In 2001, Griffin merged with New Pacific Limousine and Vancouver Limousine, bringing together two of the city’s established operators. Today we run our own fleet of 20+ vehicles – luxury sedans, Mercedes S-Class sedans, GMC Yukon and Chevrolet Suburban SUVs, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter executive vans, and 24- and 31-passenger buses – all based at our Venables Street facility in East Vancouver.

How we work.

• Reservations and dispatch answer the phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• We track commercial flights and meet arriving passengers with a name sign.
• Every vehicle is GPS-tracked, commercially insured, and passes regular Commercial Vehicle Inspections.
• Chauffeurs are professionally trained and pass a criminal record check and pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
• Clear pricing: flat rates for most Lower Mainland trips, and itemized billing with no surprises, and waiting and cancellation policies you can check before you book.
