Executive Bus

A conference day with only laptop bags fills all 24 seats in our Bus. On arrival or departure day, when every delegate brings a suitcase, we seat 20 passengers and use the remaining space for their luggage, so nobody waits for a second trip.

Event hosts book it to run shuttles between delegate hotels and the venue, including conferences on the UBC Campus at Point Grey. After the sessions end, the same vehicle can bring your team to an evening concert as one group at the Pacific Coliseum in Hastings Park.

Stanley Park and the Granville Island Public Market are two stops you can add to a guided day around the city. At each one, our chauffeur waits nearby while you explore on foot, and everyone boards again once you are ready to continue.

This coach stands 3 to 3.4 m (10 to 11 ft) tall, so if a delegate hotel has a low canopy over its main entrance, mention it when you book, and we will meet your delegates at a spot nearby.

Count the people in your group, then count the suitcases. If neither number goes past 31, everyone fits in our Coach, which carries one piece of luggage per passenger, so each person in a full group can bring a suitcase.

That balance makes this bus a natural choice for large group charters, like a wedding party or a staff outing. Fans heading to a game day with the whole club at BC Place, home of the BC Lions and the Vancouver Whitecaps, skip the search for stadium parking.

Parties who want to see more of the Lower Mainland can reserve it for a full-day excursion booked by the hour to Fort Langley National Historic Site. An hourly booking means the vehicle remains at your disposal from the morning departure until you return in the evening.
