Executive Van

Our chauffeur can switch the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter into four-wheel drive when snow covers the mountain roads north of Vancouver, which gives the van extra grip. That traction matters most in January and February, when a ski club or a company retreat heads to Whistler for the weekend.

Inside, the seats hold 14 people for short trips that involve no bags. With luggage on board, we set the van up for 11 passengers, and the freed-up seating area becomes room for suitcases and equipment cases.

If you are arranging the trip for a group, let your hotel or venue know that the van stands 2.7 m (9-10 ft) tall, which is too high for many underground parkades, so they can direct us to a street-level entrance or loading zone.

Delegations landing together at YVR find our chauffeur waiting inside the arrivals area with a sign and a luggage cart, as part of a meet and greet for every member of the group. Investor teams use the same van for a different job: a full day of meetings along Burrard Street, with connectivity features on board so presenters can update their slides between offices.
